They do pay you the amount earned, via cheks or paypal. For some wgo says they don't earn, it's probably the misundertanding of how-to setup it the right way :D

The site has too much info on it, so no wonder its hard to undertand what page to use, to earn!
Practically they pay you for your activity, they dont pay for clicks. They pay for using their search and page. Same page can be used by your friends or relatives, or anyone who uses different computor.
They pay you for every refferal 5$ and 15$ for USA residents (guess it's a limited time offer)

This search has a great feature of searching mistypos on ebay, great thing to find HUGE deals which dont appear on the regular search :)

They have also a toolbar, which also earn while u use it.
